tonight i went to work.

and now i am less tired. its a very very odd occurence.

friendster makes me angry because 3 out 5 times that i try to use it, it is very problematic and slow. but i put up with it so as to keep in contact with my special friendsters. well. actually. i really only keep in contact with one friendster via friendster. but he's a very cool guy and totally worth it. so there friendster.

so yesterday ali and i went to chico and picked up em at some point. we then cruised the nord gardens parking lot, only to come upon a perfectly satisfactory couch and coffee table resting beside the dumpster. we snatched em' up. and i've got furniture! yay. also, i snagged a fabulous chair from thrifty bargain. i think its an old hair dressers or dentists chair. its a normal enough looking chair, however there's a lever which brings up the bottom, and another that folds down the top. you have to see it to get the right idea. maybe i'll take pictures sometime. i'm going to try and reupholster it first though. as well as clean and make a cover for my couch. i need to decide on colors for my room though! this may seem silly, i realize, but i'd like to have some sort of running theme as far as colors in my room, otherwise it just becomes a big mess. like my room usually is. red is already one of the colors. because of my nightstand and fondness of the color. or maybe the only red thing will be my nightstand. i'm much much too indecisive for this.

its about one month until i move into my apartment and thats a fabulous thing. i don't know of my exact move-in date, but hopefully i'll find that out soon. and hopefully i have a job in chico by then. i've got to start looking for one, because i suppose that would help.

so i'm off for a little jog and sleep.
