i've been working, which is fabulous as far as money goes, and i've been hanging out with friends, which is great as well.

last night, leeann and i went to chico after work and spent time with people. i'm glad we went because i haven't seen most of them for quite a while. it makes me happy that so many people are back in town. and i was reminded of how much i like hanging out with those people. they're always good times. :)

also, i talked to ian yesterday, and hung out with him for a while today. this is a really great thing, because i haven't seen him for at least a month of two. which is much much too long. just because i haven't really been hanging out with anyone this summer, i never ended up seeing ian, and it bothered me a lot more than i thought, because i was all emotional when i saw him. but it was really great to talk to him and hang out with him, because he's one of the greatest friends i've ever had, and it always just makes me feel better to hang out with him and just talk to him about stuff on occasion.

so tomorrow i have off work and i have my psychotherapy appointment, and em and i are going to hang out, i believe. hopefully we can go see Bend it Like Beckham. which looks really good in case you haven't heard of it. and monday is "cheap skate monday" i believe. so that means 2.50 for a movie. and thats crazy these days.

i hope everyone is having a great summer, because mine just keeps getting better. i have more energy than i know what to do with these days, i can't even sleep past 7:30. and i actually feel like socializing. ah yes its a beautiful thing.

ps-it also helps that after a few days of temps up to 108, its now cooling off the mid-low 90's~ oh so cool
