-lemon hookah tobacco, purchased previously by curt or jeff
-curt drove me home from duplex, so all of that bad stuff that comes from cars.

-one package cream of wheat, which i added chico water too, and cooked with energy in the microwave
-one side salad and half piece of garlic bread given to me by Jim Monaco, I think they were from the BMU
-one apple purchased at CNF
-1/2 of See's almond chocolate bar, purchased in geography department office-money from purchases goes towards the college education of students in Vietname
-one cup coffee in office
-electricity/energy today to run the elevator, which i took going up twice, the lights in the buildings i've been in (taylor and butte), to run this computer, and to run the phones.
-used some electricity to run my computer and lights
-ate a flour tortilla with a little cheese, both purchased previously at Winco foods, there was avacado and mushrooms in it also-purchased at CNF
-also partook in the usage of electricity while hanging out at ben's house
-rode in Joey's car to get downtown. so partook in that pollution/energy use

-used electricity for phone when devlin called me this morning
-used water, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, facewash, and handwash in shower
-ate a small amount of raisin nut bran on way downtown
-purchased salad greens, sprouts, 2 blood oranges at farmer's market
purchased 2 avacados and 3 bananas at cnf
-drank some chico tap water throughout today
-ate a wheat bagel from Rhonert Park, with dev's peanut butter and honey
-ate some of dev's burrito from the taco wagon
-ate some of my salad greens with sprouts, avacado, and annie's dressing-greens and sprouts from market, avacado and dressing from CNF
-electricity to run my computer and play muzak

Thoughts on Improvement

-give car back to parents to remove driving as an easy alternative when i'm late or lazy
-carry a cup/mug and silverware with me to cut down on waste
-actually use a hankie rather than just wear it, to cut down on waste
-resuse bags, carry bags with me for grocery store and farmers market
