last night i went and talked to ryan at bidwell's mill. and realized its "Bidwell's Mill" not "Bidwell Mill" which is probably why i've had so much trouble getting their number before. at any rate. $700/month jan. 1st-June 1st. and then he said itd have to go up to $800, but our lease ends then, and its way easier to find a place in the summer i'd think, right??? so we'll have to discuss that. i've got the cosigner forms, whats your fax number? i looked at a downstairs apartment, and its sweet the way the living room is lower; there are 2 steps down into it. but i definately like having the balcony upstairs more. so we need to turn in our cosigner forms + $400 ($200 each) ASAP. then when we move in and sign the lease, we turn in the other $400. that $800 is our deposit. and then sometime in the next couple weeks after we move in, our first month's rent will be due. so we need to find a way to have some large sums of money coming up here very soon. maybe you can overnight mail me a check, or wire me some money, to turn in with the cosigner forms. or wait. maybe i can just pay that $400, and you pay the $400 when we move in, thatd be much easier.

so we can move-in anytime after January 1st. well not exactly "anytime," they want us in by the 5th. i'm okay with that, i'm talking to my landlord today if he's just call me back. he's being really lame about this. but yes, i'm so excited! i'm going to start checking out furniture at thrift shops. we should get a couch and an armchair, or a couple couches. oh yes, and i just remembered, we also need to think about deposits. pg&e, dsl, any others? are we going to have a landline phone? i'm getting a new cell-phone really soon, or not at all. so we'll see. i lost my cell phone, so i've been using yours when i really need to since i've got it. i'm going home today, right now my ma and ali are in chico shopping, we're going to do christmas baking today or tomorrow and it will be fabulous.

so i'm going to go dry my hair ad finish packing and not spend any money ever again. this moving business is expensive.
