school starts in one day. starting yesterday, i have no days off until maybe thanksgiving break. i got a job on campus ((yay)). the lady i work for is really nice, and it seems like she really likes me for some reason. so i'm going to be her assistant, and work 15 hours with her during the week between my classes, and then i'm working 16 hours/weekend for holiday. this makes me feel a lot more comfortable about my financial state, but we'll see if i can handle that plus 17 units of classes. i'm considering leaving holiday after a month or two, if i can manage to save some extra money in that time. or at least by second semester i should be able to save a good amount of money, so next semester i can just work on campus.
yesterday i went and watched a pediatrican work. i got to sit in on visits and listen to hearts and lungs and look in ears and eyes and noses and throats. it was lovely i'm pretty sure i want to go into pediatrics. which means a lot of changes as far as my major and my 5 year plans. so i need to work on that.
i am excited forschool to start though. it has been a long, rather productive summer, and i'm excited to see how the year pans out. or rather how well i do at making this into a great year.
