the funeral was beautiful and i'm glad we went. it helps with realization and closure no matter how hard it is.

sara and i also managed to discover today that there is in fact a life outside of shango. even during the day! we took a walk across campus and downtown, ending with laying out on the grass in the sun.

spring is such a beautiful time of year and we've decided we need to spend more time outside to take advantage of it.

tomorrow we're going to go for another walk and take my camera to get some good pictures.

nate and blaine should be here in a couple of hours and i have a feeling its going to be a good weekend. i just need to get some rest tonight and recover from this emotional exhaustion.
